Biography:
Blakal started dj'n in 2003 at the age of 19 for da love of the art and to mix hip hop and rnb... Having loved all kinds of music all his life when he started dj'n he never had intentions of dj'n in the club world or party's, just for himself and da love of music.

He played the drums before dj'n from 13 years old for 4 years which really helped with learning how to mix music. Once he learned how to mix, he got asked to dj at some house parties. From there he keep dj'n house parties until his first club performance at Flava's in 2004.

He made a demo mix (like every other dj) to get himself out there and played a few private parties in clubs. Finally getting a break, he got his first club residency at Priviliage bar Sydney followed by UN nightclub Sydney. After playing these residencies for several months and establishing himself as a club dj, more people started to know who he was and more guest spots and residencies came in.

In 2005-2006 he got into the art of scratching and turntablism & spent many hours indoors perfecting the art on vinyl. In 2007 he made da switch to digital & with da love of vinyl still in mind, serato was the best thing to happen in the dj world and Blakal also incorporated a 360 xbox controller into his sets giving him more options in his sets being able to re-invent his style taking it to another level.
